People unwelling to participate in the state tax system are fined, property confiscated, jailed killed if they resist the tax even if you want to opt-out of the state services.
Military draft or conscription is the practice in which the mandatory enlistment in a national service, mainly a military service, is enforced by law.

Why isn't a draft (conscription) slavery?
State sets the age of marriage and laws of the marriage. You're almost locked out of options till you reach the age of 18. Historically marriages have started at much younger age and if we consider marriages and sexual relationships happening at the age of 8, it's a 10 year lockdown by the state.
The state uses the age restrection as a laverage against citizens who are in large numbers seeking relationships with people under the arbitrary age of 18.
وَأَنكِحُوا۟ ٱلْأَيَـٰمَىٰ مِنكُمْ وَٱلصَّـٰلِحِينَ مِنْ عِبَادِكُمْ وَإِمَآئِكُمْ ۚ إِن يَكُونُوا۟ فُقَرَآءَ يُغْنِهِمُ ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِۦ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ وَٰسِعٌ عَلِيمٌۭ ٣٢
Marry off the ˹free˺ singles among you, as well as the righteous of your bondmen and bondwomen. If they are poor, Allah will enrich them out of His bounty. For Allah is All-Bountiful, All-Knowing.
